Established in 2017 as a boutique legal consultancy focused on serving the needs of businesses operating in the technology sector.

Over the last several years our client base has grown and we now support businesses that operate in a variety of industries across the UK, US and further a field.

We align our interests with those of our clients by applying a more direct, collaborative approach. The ultimate aim is to create a long term partnership with our clients which is built on the foundations of responsive communication, practical solutions and transparent billing.

We don't do rigid and archaic billing practices to curb our passion or zeal when it comes to servicing our clients.

We offer flexible pricing and billing arrangements to suit each clients specific needs including fixed rate hourly fees, flat fees, monthly retainers and capped fees for individual projects.

Any initial discussions with us is non-chargeable, we talk, discuss, listen and if we can help then we engage further.

Established in 2017 by Imran Kali, a leading UK qualified commercial lawyer who trained and qualified with top rated practice Russell Jones & Walker in London in 2006.

After qualifying, Imran gained valuable experience working with the legal departments of leading businesses including William Hill Plc, Trustwave and SAS software as well as many private equity backed organisations, being appointed as a senior lawyer right through to global head of legal where he managed teams of lawyers.

Identifying that his skills and expertise could be applied to support businesses in varying industries he established the consultancy which now supports multiple clients and continues to grow at a rapid pace.
