These Site Terms and Acceptable Use Policy sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access our website www.cross-gate.uk (our site). This acceptable use policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, our site.


CrossGate Law owns the copyright in the content of the site, including any publications and knowhow. CrossGate Law is not required to be a regulated body under the Solicitors Regulation Authority as it does not carry out reserved activities such as, (a) the exercise of a right of audience; (b) the conduct of litigation; (c) reserved instrument activities; (d) probate activities; (e) notarial activities; and (f) the administration of oaths and nor do we hold client accounts.


Any legal advice provided is subject to a fully executed CrossGate Law engagement letter being signed between your business and CrossGate Law without the latter no legal advice can be provided to you or your organisation.

Prohibited Uses


You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:
